What kind of discounts do you get with DC?

I am thinking of joining DC for our next trip. What are some of the advantages of joining. When I go into the Disney site, it just says some brief things but does not really tell you what kind of discounts you get. Where could I go to find out? With all of the other codes out, do you really need to join? Do you get discounts on restarunats? How much off do you get on tickets? thanks for any info,,,,corvair amy
