As I mentioned in another post, I foolishly deleted my email with the pin number because I didn't think we could go. I called twice and both CM's said there was no discount under my name. I called today and asked to book with "the code" that others have used. The CM was very sweet and said that is a great code and I have a great rate for you! :cool1: I was so excited that she could help me, she said she would just put a note in that I deleted the pin and that it should work. She came back with a "great rate of $77 per nite before taxes for pop century". It is a total of $779.58 for 9 nights. I see others have gotten a rate of 54 a nite. What am I doing wrong?Do you think that this is a great deal?

What season are you going? $54 would be value season.....

As others have noted.. it depends on what 'season' you were going in.. Disney prices its rooms so that higher demand seasons have higher prices.

Sounds like you tried to book during a 'PEAK' season which would be 129 a night. 129$ a night with 40% off.. is 77$

If you tried to book during a week that fell in a value season.. the initial rate would be 82$ and you would pay 49$.

Now.. if you are booking a preferred room.. instead of a standard room.. these rates change again.

Confused yet? :) Read the first post in this thread...

Yes you got the 40% off. YOu are going during Peak holiday season and the rooms start at $129 a night. The season begins on Dec. 20. However, if you checked in on the 19th you would be in value season....just a thought.
