What kind of crowds can I expect on Oct 2, 3, and 4?

What kind of crowds can I expect on Oct. 2 (Tuesday), 3 (Wednesday), and 4 (Thursday)?

Also, what kind of crowds can I expect at the Halloween Party on Oct 2nd?

I was there in October 2010 on Monday the 4th - Thursday the 6th. Crowds were very light. Since we were there for our DD 4th birthday we didn't go on a lot of the mega popular rides but for the things we did I don't think we waited more than 15 minutes for anything. Our longest wait might have been for Peter Pan, other things we almost walked on.

You might notice an increase in the crowd level on the 4th, if people arrive early for Gay Days weekend.

I am really hoping that this will be the case for us too! I WANT those light crowds!! LOVE the rare times when rides are all walk-ons! We are doing the Oct. 2nd party too, in fact, it's our last day! I can't wait!!!

We will be there 9/30 to 10/4. Halloween party on 10/2. Hoping for a light crowd.

I've personally found that the weather forecasts so far out are not very accurate. I started watching the 10-day forecast for our visit at the end of August. Things were looking good. Then it started to creep up a degree or two each day...and by the time our trip happened, the temperature was 12 degrees higher than when I started watching 10 days out!

We have the same exact schedule!!

We are just doing the party on the 2nd, then DCA on the 3rd & ending with DL on the 4th.

I was able to save a bit of money & buy the gay days tix since they are good starting on the 3rd. Sweet!

I'm a little concerned about crowds for the 4th since that's a day before the official start of gay days. But I'm just hoping if folks come in early, that they will head to DCA for Carlsand while I'm over in DL.
