What kind of crowd level should i expect?

Hello,
I will be in wdw from 8/3 - 8/9 (yay!) what types of crowd level should i expect?
I know it will be very busy, but without a FP, should i even bother waiting on some of the lines for the rides?
Also, what is the best day in your opinion to go to blizzard beach? And if only 1/2 day is to be spent there, is it better to do the morning half or the afternoon half?

Crowds are usually not bad at that time, but all bets are off this year. A lot of schools return to class in early August, so that may help control the crowds somewhat.

I'd opt for an afternoon water park visit....lots of folks don't stay all day. But if you do decide on the morning, get there early....water parks reach capacity fast!

I don't quite understand your FP question, should you even bother waiting on some lines? No one can answer that for you. If you can't get a FP but it'll be worth it to you to wait 60 minutes to get on Soarin' then it's worth it, if not then it's not worth it. No one can decide that for you.

That sounds like a great idea - now what time would I need to be in the park in order to avoide being shut out for an afternoon visit? Do they ever open the parks later in the day after the capacity has diminished some?
