favorite poem?

I have to write a literary review of six or seven poems (assigned ones, I don't get to pick) but it made me think about my favorites. So what are yours?

Nothing Gold Can Stay by Robert Frost, probably.

Ode on a Grecian Urn - John Keats

Why?
'Beauty is truth, truth beauty,—that is all
Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.'

I don't know many poems because I really hate most of them because I have a GCSE on them and all.
But of the poems I do have to know, I like Unrelated Incidents by Tom Leonard as it's about how only posh English accents are used for the news and how strong regional accents - like my own - are looked upon as accents of 'scruff' and not to be taken seriously.
I also like one of the old poems I have to learn, On My First Sonne by Ben Jonson.
Even though I can't understand some of it because it's in like old English, it's quite sad. Idk.
And I like the last line: 'As what he loves may never like too much'
As in, he can't like something too much or get too attatched as one day it'll be gone. That's what we learnt in class anyway.
Lol this feels like an English essay.
xD

where the sidewalk ends by shel silverstein

or anything by shel silverstein.
his poems are so simple and cute and funny and sweet. :lovestruc

heheheheheheheh
i thought this one was less weird than monster tyra i had last week.

i took a poetry course last yr where we studied almost 200 poems! i don't remember 1/2 of them but i love almost everything by sylvia plath (especially 'daddy' & 'facelift') and walt whitman (especially 'from song of myself')

but my ultimate favourite poem ever is 'i carry your heart with me' by ee cummings :lovestruc

Maggie and Milly and Molly and May by E.E. Cummings

Maggie and Milly and Molly and May
went down to the beach (to play one day)
and Maggie discovered a shell that sang
so sweetly she couldn't remember her troubles, and
Milly befriended a stranded star whose rays five languid fingers were;
and Molly was chased by a horrible thing
which raced sideways while blowing bubbles: and
May came home with a smooth round stone
as small as a world and as large as alone.
For whatever we lose (like a you or a me)
it's always ourselves we find in the sea

Technically Annabel Lee is about him sleeping beside her dead body. But he could be doing her... I don't personally like this poem, the 'we loved with a love that was more than love' (I don't know if that's word for word) is so unoriginal.

My favorite poem is:

He Sits Down on the Floor of a School for the Retarded.
It's an older poem, so of course it's not going to be politically correct.
But it's rather sweet.
