My Sigma 30mm f/1.4 stays on my camera almost all the time. I'll pull out the 18-55mm mostly when I want to shoot something wide or I'm in a position where I can't move closer.
I dont have just one.
I have Tamron 24-50 2.8 and a Canon 70-200 f4 L lens
If I have my camera then I always have a camera case of some sort. So that makes it easy to be able to have two lens.
Just got a Sigma 17-70. In the couple of days that I have had it, I must say I am liking it. We leave for Disney in a little over a week so it will get a workout. My other "walk around" lens at the World tends to be my 18-250 Pentax for its range (outdoors) and my 50mm 1.4 for indoor shots.
I always have my Sigma 17-70mm on camera or in my bag. I just got a Sigma 30mm F1.4 which is spending some time on the camera as I'm mostly shooting kids indoors as of late.
Usually I have my Sony 18-70 f/3.5 on the camera....especially if i'm going to be primarily outdoors. If I'm going to be indoors... I have a sony fixed 50mm f/1.8 that I love!! Hope to eventually get a 30mm fixed, but one thing at a time
