Hi all!

It will be me and my DBF going in Dec. This is our 2nd trip together but first time just the 2 of us.I would love to eat at some great places that we've never tried before - and maybe some we never even thought of trying. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

One thing though - neither one of us eat fish (even though we've been to the coral reef and loved it)So as long as there is another option on the menu it would be great.

THANKS!

Kona Cafe used to be my Must Do...until I tried Ohana and that took over my #1 spot. In fact, we are going back there for DH's birthday in a week.

Some of our other repeats that we do almost every trip are Chef Mickeys breakfast, Mama Melrose, and ESPN.

Our must do have to be rotated...lol.

Artist Point, Jiko, Flying Fish (great steak if yo don't want fish, and I mean really great steak).

We are trying CA Grill again this weekend..and Citrico's for the first time..looking forward to that.

The lunching pad for turkey legs and blueberry icee.

Fresh for breakfast.

All the restaurants in world showcase..Alfredo's, Chefs de France and San Angel Inn topping the list.

whispering canyon for breakfast
Brown Derby for lunch is a must go( last trip to wdw was the first time for us at BD and hope the next time is as great)
LeCellier is a would go "probably" as is Chefs de France
Ghiradelli for a treat( warm choc chip cookie sundae is great) as is ice cream sandwich at main street bakery( your choice of cookies!) in MK

Crystal Palace for any meal. It's become our family tradition that this is the last character meal we attend before leaving the happiest place on earth!! :wave2:

For an In Park restaurant Le Cellier
Boma or Jiko at AKL are both fabulous.
Cal Grill at top of Contemporary.
Yachtsman SteakHouse at the Yacht Club.

Any of those would make a great dinner for two

Our all time favorite meal is Crystal Palace breakfast... great food, beautiful atmosphere and the best character interaction around!!!

Our only must do is Prime Time at MGM, terrific food and great fun, we do a late lunch and its always great.

If time and planning permits we also love LeCellier at Epcot and Boma at AK.

We love this one. It's for the more adventurous, but they do have the traditional fare as well (mac and cheese, fries, etc). We've heard uber good things about Jiko, though we've not been yet. Also, we love a lot of the Epcot restaurants, but we like Germany and Norway for the ambience. Also, Sci Fi at MGM is always a must-do for us because we love the dark, starry night sky.

I haven't been lucky enough to go with my BF, but maybe one day. I'm not much of a Cinderella castle person, but you gotta do it once just to say that you did it!

We like Jiko or BlueZoo for that real nice dinner. For lunch we enjoy Les Chefs de France and "Beaches and Cream." Enjoy!

:)

My favorite sit down meal is at the Coral Reef. I think they have the best food and they always substitute those nasty green beans with fench fries for me! And if you want to know about counterservice, I think that Aloha Isle is a must. Those pineapple floats are a must!~

Our favorites are:

Crystal Palace, Liberty Tree Tavern, ESPN and Cape May Cafe. We love these places. Have Fun!!!

I would also say Boma for non-fancy dinner; Jiko for more upscale; Artist Point for their Portabello Soup ; San Angel Inn for the Queso; Le Cellier for lunch (dinner is good too - I just love their steak sandwiches); Dole Whip at MK; Ohana for fun...Oh, there are just too many!

All the places mentioned are great but my all time favorite is the SCI FI at MGM not so much for the great taste which it has buy you will find that it becomes a family tradition right away.:earsboy:

WOW! such great suggestions! I am going to make sure to plan as many as I can into our schedule. Thank You all so much!

Love many but my favorites are Restaurant Marrakesh in the Morrocoo pavillion and Kona Cafe at the Polynesian. These two will always be visited on WDW trips.

Wow, there are too many to pick just one.

I would say,

Alfredo's
Artist Pointe
California Grill
Fulton's Crab House

Also very good, but more casual,

Prime Time Cafe
Ohana's
House of Blues

Just to name a few.....
