My top three are as follows:
1. Boma - love the different food choices
2. Be Our Guest - the atmosphere, the food, and of course the gray stuff - it is delicious - lol
3. Cape May-We love the buffet there

Biergarten - love the atmosphere/band/sitting with others
San Angel - love the food, atmosphere, service
Via Napoli - consistently great pizza

We've been to these restaurants numerous times and have always left happy. :)

I’ve only been 3 times so there are lots I haven’t tried. My top would be Ohana. We’ve always had good food there and it’s a very fun atmosphere. Then I’d say Be Our Guest (only been there for lunch).

We also like sci-fi dine in for the atmosphere. Food is fine but not special.

1. Victoria & Albert's: One of the best restaurants in the country. Probably my second-favorite restaurant overall (with Chicago's Alinea being #1).

2. Morimoto Asia: Chef's dinner (Omakase) was my meal of the year and a lifetime Top 10.

3. Tiffins: Best meal I've had inside a theme park. Creative, chef-driven food and excellent service/ambiance. However, I have only eaten there once, so I hope it is as good on future visits.

If not limited to only to WDW, then Disneyland's Napa Rose would be number 2 and Carthay Circle would be neck and neck with Tiffins.

Whispering Canyon for food and fun
Trails End for the wild west atmospere and the campground with horsies
Crystal Palace for, well Winnie the Pooh and tigger

This is hard. I guess I would say Hoop Dee Doo for number 1. The atmosphere and entertainment are the big draw, and I do enjoy the food.

2 would be Be Our Guest for the setting. Beauty and the Beast was always my favorite Disney movie so the total immersion this meal offers is a no brainer. Also the food was hands down our best meal last trip. We’ve only been here for dinner but will be changing that in two weeks!

3 is going to Wolfgang Puck Express. Love the food (never had a bad meal here), the affordability, and the value for a quick service credit. We love pizza in this family, and the size of pizza you get for one credit is a great value (and definitely big enough to share), though the warm chicken aioli sandwich is so good.

Honorable mentions include Raglan Road (great entertainment and food), Boma (food and setting, but knocked out of top 3 due to ease of access), 1900 Park Fare (still a fav but we had horrible service last time -just a bad server and not the norm for this place), and Ohana.

Places I have high hopes for and will be trying for the first time later this month: Skipper’s Canteen, Homecoming, and Biergarten.

Place that fell off the list due to revamped menu: Pizzaffari. RIP hot Italian deli sandwich.

1.-Be our guest...the food.....all of it
2.-Saana......Bread service
3.-Cap May......Buffet

Ill break mine into 3 locations and each one in a different category. Ill exclude V&A because it's in a class by itself.

1 - Tiffins (best theme park dining location). Consistency, creativity and excellence balance across all courses
2 - Flying Fish. Yes, it's expensive but the ambiance, location, service are second to none in my opinion. Im not the biggest seafood person in the world but my wife is and this is one place we are constantly pleased regardless of the meal.
3 - Hoop De Do - Consistency, consistency, consistency. I know it's the same as Trails End but it just tastes different in Pioneer Hall.

1. Yachtsman Steakhouse: consistently amazing food, great service, love their Pina Colada, it's just our favorite place.

2. Be Our Guest (dinner): atmosphere and overall food quality for 1 TS credit is amazing.

3: Tusker House (Breakfast): great buffet with great food.

Honorable mention to Rose & Crown Pub solely on the amazingness of their Stickey Toffee Pudding.

1. The Wave--love their breakfast AND dinner!!!

2. Be Our Guest--love the atmosphere and the shrimp and scallops.

3. Shula's--not really a Disney restaurant, but has the best filet I've ever had!

My top three are as follows:
1. Boma - love the different food choices
2. Be Our Guest - the atmosphere, the food, and of course the gray stuff - it is delicious - lol
3. Cape May-We love the buffet there
I'm gonna' cheat:

Besides Victoria & Albert:
1.) BlueZoo - along with other Swan & Dolphin Signatures (Shula & Il Mulino), since they are not run by Disney, food & ambiance are top-notch at this seafood-centric standout with a daily variety or whole fish. Nothing along Boardwalk, or in either nearby parks Epcot & Hollywood Studio are better.

2.) Capa - Four Seasons does both Tapas & Steak with a view of Magic Kingdom fireworks in the far distance from atop their luxury property also inside Disney World. If you want to get away from Disney without leaving Disney, this is the better diversion over Disney Springs.

3.) Be Our Guest (only for dinner - to meet The Beast) or Cinderella's Castle - nothing says Disney more than either of these places inside Magic Kingdom (a case can be made for some Character meals - like Chef Mickey's because of Monorail, Sci-Fi for uniqueness, a daylight meal at Sanaa, etc.)....

1. California Grill. Best view in all of WDW and amazing sushi and steak!
2. The Royal Table. Great food, Princesses in the castle!
3. 50's Prime Time. Love the throw back atmosphere and the wait staff is amazing. Oh, Peanut butter and Jelly milkshakes!

1. Garden Grill: Great food, character interaction. Love seeing Living With the Land from the back side.

2. Biergarten: Lots of great food. Atmosphere is wonderful. Love the entertainment.

3. Cape May: Love the seafood and soups. Great place to put on a huge feedbag.

I can’t pick just 3. Here are all of our favorites:

MK - CP breakfast, LTT lunch, Tony’s dinner, and BOG dinner.
Epcot - CR lunch or dinner, Tutto Italia lunch, Chefs dinner, and Le Cellier dinner.
AK - TH breakfast and Rainforest Cafe lunch.
DHS - HBD lunch and 50’s PTC dinner.
Resorts - WCC breakfast, Trail’s End breakfast, Cape May breakfast, and Boma breakfast or dinner

1: Cape Mays. We love the seafood variety and the area around the beach club.
2: Coral Reef. We request (and wait ) to be seated in the U shaped booths across from the aquarium, so the setting is amazing. As long as you order the right entrees, the food is good too.
3: Ohana. Love the fire grilled meats and shrimp, noodles, and the bread pudding. The ukulele soloist and coconut races are great additions to the experience.

We don't have a top 3 because we enjoy trying new places and try to eat somewhere different every trip. We do always eat at HBD either inside or lounge just about every trip but just because I love Cobb Salad.

We don't have a "to Three', but we do have a "Top Five".

We only visit five TS eateries at WDW when we go there for an actual meal.
.
1) We prefer
. . . fine food
. . . excellent, top notch service
. . . innovative dishes with flair and quality
. . . overall great value
. . . relaxed and soothing dining atmosphere
. . . behaved and somewhat quiet patrons
.
2) The only sit-down restaurants we routinely visit,
. . . Sanaa - Animal Kingdom Villas Resort (one of my personal favs)
. . . Artist Point - Wilderness Lodge Resort
. . . Citricos - Grand Floridian Resort
. . . Shula's Steakhouse - Dolphin Resort (no DDP)
. . . Il Mulino - Swan Resort (no DDP)
.
3) Our (nearby) off-site Recommendations:
. . . Bull & Bear - Waldorf Astoria Bonnet Creek - Fine Dining
. . . Café D'Antonio - Celebration - Casual Italian
. . . Columbia - Celebration - Casual Spanish/Cuban
. . . Fish Bones - Hwy192 - Seafood
. . . Venetian Room - Caribe Royale Hotel - Fine Dining
. . . The Hotel Tea Room - Davenport, FL - Casual - Friday Steak-Fry, Afternoon Tea

1- Monsieur Paul Amazing service with upscale feel and fantastic food, and never having to leave the park.
2- Tusker House Favorite character meal and wonderful food choices
3- Skipper Canteen So happy I finally gave this a chance. Very fun to do right after riding Jungle Cruise and service was awesome without being over the top. (Still thinking about the whole fried fish)
