I'm going to make mine come true as much as possible next trip!

We take an early fight which lands around 9AM. Magical Express gets us to the Beach Club at 10AM (ok in real life it will be Pop Century, but I can dream!) where our king bed, corner room with a great view is already waiting for us.

After getting settled, we wander over to Epcot where we spend the afternoon strolling around World Showcase, stopping to see live entertainment as we come across it.

Dinner is at 'Ohana, so we ride in the front of the monorail to the TTC. We wander through the Poly toward the Great Ceremonial House. Dinner is perfect, with a gorgeous window-side table looking toward our evening destination- the Magic Kingdom!

After we finish eating, we monorail (front seat again!) to the MK, where we ride Pirates, Splash, Space and BTMRR and then settle in for a perfect view of Spectromagic and Wishes! We slowly amble out of the park, letting the crowds get ahead of us, and then take the bus back "home" for our first night's rest.

What about you?

Wow that sounds like a good one to me! This is so hard, but I'll try.

My perfect first day would be actually waking up in my room at the Grand Floridian (again we are dreaming right?). I would get to the Magic Kingdom early and spend much of the day there riding all my favorite rides. It would work out where there are almost no lines and we are done by dinner time.

We take the monorail over to EPCOT, grab a fast pass for Soarin (yes, in my perfect day there would still be some left) and go eat at Le Cellier where we are immediately seated. I would have the cheddar cheese soup, then a filet, then the creme brulee for dessert. We would hurry to Soarin for a quick ride, then make our way over to France. We would buy some champagne and stake a place on the bridge to watch Illuminations.

Since we are so far away we slowly walk out of EPCOT and walk over the glowing sidewalks and enjoy the ambiance. The we snuggle in to bed at GF and get excited for the next day!

For my real first day........We're driving (we live 3 hrs. away) and arriving at 11am. Register at POP, going to AK until closing at 5pm. Take a nice nap at POP, then head over to Chef Mickey's for some dinner and characters!

Now for my perfect first day....Arrive at Polynesian. Go to MK. Ride pirates, the haunted mansion, peter pan, phillharmagic, and buzz lightyear with no waits, meet the fab 5 characters, have dinner at CRT, watch wishes and Spectromagic and be chosen to spend the night at the Castle with my family as part of the year of a million dreams. :yay:

I plan on my next "first day" being the best regardless! We arrive at MCO around 6PM and are taking ME to the BWI. We'll unpack and stroll along the boardwalk to FF for dinner, then head over to WS to watch Illuminations. Sounds pretty perfect to me.

When we land at MCO 9:30 am or earlier the goal is to get to WS for the opening there, maybe do a FW ride or two, have a few cold ones at the Rose & Crown. That evening we go to the Adventurer's Club at PI to renew our membership (and get silly).

When landing later, as we will in March '07, we'll hang out at the Boardwalk and maybe hit the BWV pool, see what's new at Big River, and hit PI at night.

lets see.. real first day this year = Waking up at the crack of dawn and driving to WDW with DW... arriving at Saratoga springs, getting checked in, meandering over to DTD and having dinner at Cap'n jacks.

real first day last year = arriving at MCO at 11:30am, DME to saratoga springs, check-in, go to MK and walk down mainstreet, ride several rides in fantasyland, also HM before heading back to SSR, getting in our room freshen up, head over to GF for a great dinner at V&A's... that was pretty perfect.

But... anyday I wake up and I'm not at work is pretty good imo :lmao:

With a 7 night stay... Perfect first day is just settle down in our Resort, enjoy the pool, grab some lunch from the food court. Later in the day, pbbly around 5:00pm, go to Epcot and Spaceship Eath must be our first ride! Then stroll around World Showcase, grab dinner at San Angel Inn and then watch Illuminations. Of course its just my chick and I, so no kids to hold us back. :smokin:

Let's see...perfect day:

Smooth flight that arrives at MCO at 11am. Towncar meets us and off we go to the Poly. Arrive by noon, check-in only to find out we've been upgraded to concierge, AND our room is ready.

After unpacking, we head off to the TTC and get to ride in front of the monorail to Epcot. Once in Epcot, we grab a quick lunch and then we find no lines at Soarin, TT or MS. We wander around World Showcase for awhile before our ADR at Le Cellier, and are seated immediately when we check in.

After a wonderful meal, we are escorted to VIP viewing for IllumiNations.

As we are leaving, we are approached by the Dream Team who grants us one of the BIG prizes...can't decide if I want the ABD trip or the Med cruise...either is fine.

Back on the monorail...sitting in front of course, and off to our concierge room at the Poly...stopping off for some late night snacks.

Yep...perfect day!

After our last three trips, if our plane lands anywhere near on time, and our luggage takes less than an hour to show up on the carousel, it would be a perfect first day. I'm not that hard to please.

My perfect "first" day would actually be the day after arrrival. My flight would arrive...no wait, we're talking fantasy right? OK, I am teleported from home to my bed in a suite on the concierge level of the GF, where the whole family (my kids are an important part of my first day...ok, if we're dreaming, maybe I've brought a "helper" with me for when I want to ride the good rides) wakes up at about 6:30 (sleeping in for us). We get dressed and take the front car of the monorail over to MK for our 8:00 ADR at Cindy's. We stroll down a deserted main street to begin our meal. We eat and finish up right at park opening for our own tour of fanasy land before everyone else shows up. We ride everything by 11. From there, we wander over to do BTMR, Splash and POC...the helper takes the kids back for a nap while DH and I take the monorail over to Epcot. When there, we stroll through an almost empty WS and check out the shops. Our helper brings the kids back just in time for dinner in Bergarten...great fun is had by all. The kids head back to the hotel with helper while DH and I settle in for drinks and desert on the patio at Rose and Crown just in time for Illuminations.

Ahhhhhh....I can dream can't I?
