What is your Must do In Epcot?

Time to make ADR's and we are having a hard time deciding on what to choose- what would your MUST DO Epcot TS be for Dinner?

Le Cellier.

This time we are also trying Teppan Edo, because I've heard a lot of good things 'bout it.

We are going to WDW in Feb and will be in Epcot on my 30th Bday! Right now I have Le Cellier booked for 6pm- but not sure what I'm going to do when the other two new restaurants open. We tried Le Cellier for dinner last year and LOVED it- so we arent sure if we should go back since we enjoyed it, or try something new............

We are Canadian so a trip to Le Cellier is a must. The fact that we love the mushroom Filet doesn't hurt. The Maple Creme Brule and pretzel bread also are a major factor.

There are only maybe three or four restaurants in all of the World that I would skip Coral Reef for, and none of 'em are in Epcot.

Counter service in Norway and the UK. I love the Rice Cream and the Fish and Chips.

I'm happy at just about any sit down meal in EPCOT.

Actually, I never realized this but I don't have a "must do" for Epcot!? Our must do for our Epcot day is definately the Flying Fish (quick walk from WS to Boardwalk). Amazing food -- every single time.

I was stationed in Orlando for school when Epcot opened. One of my high school friends was down with her parents to visit Disney. My friend and I headed over to Epcot to check out the new park in late 1982. Biergarten sounded like such a good time from outside but we couldn't get in.

Later in life, when I was more aware of planning, I was finally able to get in. I like the food. What else can I say. Plus my nearest German restaurant is 30 miles away.

I can still remember that they had information kiosks at EPCOT with CMs answering questions on video screens at that time.

We never miss a chance to eat at Biergarten.

...but I think mine is Beirgarten. There is something about it that just screams "DISNEY" to me. The food is good. And it is a type of food not all that common around here in the NE.

Biergarten has become our must-do in Epcot (we also like Coral Reef and Garden Grill - but haven't been there in a while).
DH and 2xDS love Biergarten. The kids love to dance and listen to the musicians and they all love the food. There are a lot of choices for my DS with a dairy allergy because he just loves sausages and there are many, many types to choose from there! I am not quite as enthusiastic about the food (the potato leek soup and pretzel bread are very good), but certainly enjoy the fun my kids have there!

The kids love the atmosphere. With beef and seafood there is something to please everyone. I will admit, service has been inconsistent lately.

We actually don't have a must do at Epcot. We've enjoyed most of the restaurants, but don't have one that we must get back to each time we vacation. The closest thing to a must do would be Flying Fish.
