What is your most common typo?

Im the typo-queen I think we all know that lol


I can spell, I just cant type.

My worst typos are greta instead of great and taht instead of that.

I often leave words out of a sentence because my brain goes faster than my fingers lol


So whats your worst typo?

I make few typos (sorry, but it's the truth). If I do make one it's "teh" instead of "the".

It's not my most common, but by far, my most embarrasing...while leaving feedback for someone on eBay, instead of typing "Fast payer", I typed "Fat payer". Nice, huh? She buys something from me and I personally insult her....for all to read! I did email her to apologize tho.

"soem" instead of some. I do it so often that I've become very good at catching it before I post it. Hmmm....it must have something to do with the M and the E because when I previewed this post I noticed I had also done it with "become".

As a secretary for 33 years, it tears me up when I make a typo. I will go back in immediately and edit a thread/post that I've done so it doesn't show incorrectly.

Years ago, at a electric utility company I worked for, I worked in the Fuels Dept. I typed a memo for someone and after giving it to him for review, I heard him laughing hysterically from his office. He called me in and said he couldn't possibly sign a memo that referred to him as the Manager of the F**K Department! That's what I incorrectly typed!

I was so embarrassed!!!

I read a story about typos a few months ago. A woman was applying for a job where one requirement was the person must have excellent spelling skills. The woman sent in her resume and soon recieved a terse note that she would not be called for an interview.

On her application she had written that she was "very detial oriented".

I so wish I could type without looking at the keyboard. Sometimes I don't reply to posts, cause I have too much to say and typing is hard!

I have a tendency to type "manger" instead of "manager" at work. And a lot of other people I work with do too. The tough things is that spellcheck accepts manger, so you end up missing the typo until it's too late.
