We live in a condo community. There are many units that are vacation rentals, and I think the one next to us is as it seems to have been before up until now. For reasons I won't get into, the people there now are huge pains in the butt and we feel extremely restricted by them. They've been there over 2 weeks with no sign of leaving. We live in a historic city but there isn't enough to do for all that time. Could this still be a vacation for them? Do you think they're monthly renters or possibly the owners? We don't want to ask them but would like to know what you speculate
