What is your go to last night ADR and why?

Always spend our last night in Epcot in World Showcase . It's always a Friday night and we usually just pick someplace we haven't tried before. Walk around, soak up the ambience. Enjoy the last moments before we get on that plane Sat morning!

It varies each trip but my favorite was California Grill. We dressed fancy and because we had to go to MK to get to Contemporary, we killed time by going in and got some great pictures in front of the castle in cocktail attire. My mother didn't know about the observation deck for wishes and she was thrilled to get what felt like a private showing to end her trip. MK is our favorite so its either a monorail resort or in park, even if QS. The restaurant doesn't matter as much as it does to see wishes :)

We usually leave on a Saturday mid-afternoon so our last meal is often a quick lunch at the parks.

I don't really have a vote because December will be my first trip there, we are so excited!!! But I just found it funny because I also panic booked Ohana for our last night I wonder how often that happens.:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Trying to get ideas for our upcoming trip. I panic-booked Ohana (we have never been for dinner) because I knew if I didn't it would be a challenge to try and get it in a week or so. It looks and sounds pretty good but I have read such mixed reviews for it I get a little nervous. The other Adrs we are doing this trip are Crystal Palace lunch, Tusker House lunch, Beaches and Cream dinner, BOG lunch. It is me, DH, DS 11 and DS 9 months. Thanks for the input!!!
I was lucky and finally got Ohana for our last evening at 6:25. BOG first time at dinner for our first night. And you are right, its hard to get, I spent many hours trying to get Ohana.

Are there usually younger children at CG? I just don't want to be "that family" with a baby whose behavior will probably be fine but you never know- especially after a long trip. (Of course especially in a place like CG me or my husband would whisk him away so we didn't disturb others paying good money to enjoy their meal)

There are children there. We are taking my niece (9) and nephew (4) on our Sept. 2016 trip to both. We do not have children of our own but have not seen any children having behavior issues at either.
Hopefully this is helpful information. :)

We have booked CRT for our last night. It just seems fitting for us. We have never gone to ohana yet but have it booked for our trip in November.

We generally do (did) a signature at the hotel we were staying (or if MK resort on the mono line). We opted for that simply for the reason of having an easy night to get back and pre pack for the next morning.

Hi! :wave2:

What a great question. :thumbsup2

I have ended up, on all trips so far actually, saving one or more ADR's to make until we got on property. And if we found a really nice place that we hadn't thought of before leaving I have always had the best help from the concierge staff to get us in at a table. :wizard:

That's for example how I by "accident" found the Flying Fish restaurant at The Boardwalk and it was a great experience that I had totally missed while planning from home and making the other ADR's. :cheer2:

But that's my experience, I can totally understand if it's hard/next to impossible to do things on the spur of the moment with a family in tow. :crowded:
And perhaps especially for concierge service to fit in a whole family party.

We were only two adults visiting.

Our favorite restaurant for the last night of the trip is always Hoop Dee Doo. I'm so excited to take my friends there on our last night. It's their first trip to WDW so I'm trying to give them a real taste of the magic I love the joy-filled atmosphere, how interactive the show is, and the food is decent as well. Just thinking about it makes me giddy I can't wait to go back!

Beaches and Cream for the Kitchen Sink. Kids don't know about this last ADR and they will love it. One thing that never occurred to me until now- we have an 8PM ADR and I'm wondering how decent of a view we will have of the fireworks at Epcot? Any recommendations on where we can be in the general area to try and take them in? We will be at AK earlier that day and on non-park hopping tickets so entry into Epcot is not an option.

OMG! :scared1:
The Kitchen Sink! :worship:
Love it! Love it! Love it!

Could you squeeze in one more person, perhaps? :rotfl2:

If we are leaving in the morning, Hoop Dee Doo is our last big bang on the night before.
If we are leaving in the afternoon, we'll end with a late Crystal Palace character breakfast and finish up the MK before the crowds come, and we'll use a 7DMT fast pass as our very last thing.
If we are leaving in the evening, we'll do just about anything. We've done a Beaches and Cream lunch with ice cream, we've done counter services, T-Rex, 50's Prime Time, etc.
