DH and I are planning an adults only trip. We were thinking of trying some new places. So, what is your favorite table service restaurant in the parks or resorts and why????::MinnieMo:

I think Narcoosee's at the Grand Floridian takes the cake. The view of the Magic Kingdom across the water is incredible, and if you can make a reservation late in the evening, you can stake out a spot on their deck to watch the fireworks!

The food is also great, with lots of fresh seafood on the menu. Even my wife (who is from Boston and very picky about her seafood) was impressed.

Paradiso 37 (DTD) is at the top of our list and has been for the past 2 yrs. We just got back today and it was still my favorite meal of the whole trip. Even when I go with my 12 yr old dd, but would definitely be a great adult only place because you could really sit back and relax.:thumbsup2

Drinks are great, food is really good, nice variety and fresh. Service has also been consistently great. It is a hopping, loud place. They have live music and then some loud dance club type music in between the live sets but still a fun atmosphere. It was a little chilly when we were there last night but when it's warmer sitting out on on the porch by the water is definitely nice.:goodvibes

We were lucky to have ADR's last night as they were quoting 1-1 1/2 hr waits for walk-ins we only waited 10 min (even though we were a 1/2 hr late for our ADR , but they were very accommodating). So, if you do plan to visit make sure to make an ADR.

I have never ever heard of Paradiso 37 before! I will have to check it out. Is it on the dining plan?

They just added it onto the TIW which was wonderful.:thumbsup2 But, unfortunately at this time they don't take the DDP. :( However that being said, it may happen in the not so distant future as I was very surprised to see that they started to take the TIW.

It is located in DTD on Pleasure Island. We love it. I do believe they do have an AP discount if you have one of those though.;)

You can check out my review at: www.disneydiningreviews.com/paradiso-37-dining.htm

We were just there on Saturday night so I do need to update my review from last spring, however all of the items I reviewed then we actually just had again on Saturday and they were just as good. This restaurant has great consistency. I will update it within the next few days. If you plan to go definitely make an ADR, we sat in 10 minutes, walk-ups were being quoted 1-1 1/2 hr waits!

My husband and I don't have children yet and travel to WDW a couple times a year. Hands down, our favorite table service restaurant is the Flying Fish Cafe on the boardwalk. It has a nice atmosphere and good service, but most importantly, the food is amazing. I'm not the most adventurous person when it comes to food, but I have stepped outside of my comfort zone at the Flying Fish numerous times and was glad I did!

It's a nice alternative to EPCOT restaurants and much easier to get into (even without an ADR). For a more unique experience, I suggest sitting at the counter where you get a view of your food being prepared but their very talented chefs.

Enjoy!

My fiance and I think Ohana has delicious food and is really romantic (although lots of kids are there, which we love, so that's up to whether you equate romance with kids in the background), especially if you get to sit by the fire cooking pit or get a clear view of the castle.

Agreed, we love FF as well, so sorry we went to CP for dinner last week instead of FF. Didn't realize they almost cost around the same (for dinner), next time we'll know and go for FF!:thumbsup2 We always request the counter area too, dd even loves it.:goodvibes (sometimes the chefs give you little tastes:thumbsup2:thumbsup2)
