Anything from the caramel shop in Germany...but especially the caramel covered in chocolate and sea salt!

caramel corn from Germany (I like to pick it up on the way out and eat it on the airplane ride home)
root beer float or orange soda float from everywhere
macaron from Les Halles
free international sodas at epcot
tie-dye cheesecake at pop century
worms in dirt, also at pop (I stay there a lot)
beignets at port Orleans
any flavor from ample hills creamery
no way jose from beaches and cream
I'm not sure it's still there, but there were some flavored popcorns in future world between the land and Figment, right across from a place with a couple yummy slushies
