Just a simple garden salad
Mine is just caprese. Some great fresh vine grown tomatoes, fresh basil, mozarella and some aged balsamic vinegar with a dash of extra virgin olive oil. We have this at least 3 nights a week for dinner during tomato season.

spinach, strawberries and pecans with a light olive oil and white wine vinegar mixed with sugar dressing.

IPanera's Strawberry Poppyseed salad (sans the chicken). I look forward to it every year! As of today, you can still get it, but it won't be available much longer.
Too funny! Every so often I crave an old-time Michigander J.L. Hudson's Maurice Salad...found this recipe years ago & it's pretty darn close. Enjoyed it yesterday:

That sounds really good! I'm actually eating my favorite salad right now. Asian Sesame Chicken from Panera. It's lettuce, chicken, wontons and some sort of nut...walnut maybe?
