My DH is taking me to WDW for my Birthday Dec. 5, just us, no kids! 5 days with the mouse at our own pace.

This will be our first trip without our kids ever!

:D

Our cash is limited since Christmas will be just a few weeks later... so here is my question.

What is your favorite inexpensive Romantic Tip?

Our big dinners are planned, Boma one night, and i plan to do a sunset walk by the Savannahs,
France another night for Candlelight Processional.

Give me your ideas! Your favorite romantic spot, or thing to do!

thanks!

Last Jan. we were staying at GF and they gave us a 1/2 carafe (sp?) of champagne as an anniversary gift. We left MK a little b/4 the fireworks and got chocolate cake at the MK bakery on our way out. We watched the fireworks from the boat from MK to GF and on the dock. Then we got our champagne and cake and took it to the beach and indulged while we watched the EWP. It was magical and extremely romantic. You could easily do this even if you weren't staying at one of the MK resorts. Just order some drinks at their bar and go sit on their beach or in the Poly hammocks.

Have a great time.

Sorry, I just realized your subject was most romantic thing at the park, so I'll add the second most romantic thing we did. Of course it also includes getting chocolate cake at MK bakery. Then we got a bench right outside Adventureland and watched the fireworks. Then walked into Adventureland as everyone else was leaving and sat at one of the tables and enjoyed our cake in an absolutely empty park. We felt like they emptied it out just for us. There's nothing more special then walking down an empty Main St. while the castle is changing colors behind you. It took us forever to get out of there because we kept stopping to look at the castle and steal a kiss. Thanks for bringing back such special memories.

I would have to say...a boat ride from the Contemporay over to Ft Wilderness camp grounds, and if the Hay ride is running that is a most.... We also love to sit in front of the Castle as it is giving the LAST KISS of the day,,,and listen to MICKEY wish us goodnight,,(it still makes me tear up__(BIG BABY HERE LOL),,but for some reason it is just so romantic and Magical.... I will be there Dec 5th so I will WISH YOU A GREAT BIG HAPPY BIRTHDAY --HOPE YOU HERE ME !!!

We enjoy just sitting in the gardens at the UK pavillion in Epcot. It's really nice and usually quiter than the rest of the park. It's really nice to just sit and eat fish and chips too!:)

You could watch the fireworks or the electric water pageant from one of the swings on the beach at the Grand Floridian or the Polynesian :)

My dh and I did a lot of strolling hand in hand on our last trip. After 30 years of marriage it was pretty darned romantic ;)

Our favorite romantic moment was for our 12th anniv. Watching Illuminations from the deck at the Rose & Crow. Because it was our anniv and DH's B-day, they gave us a millenium desert and champagne w/ strawberries. Very special.

BTW, I will be there for my b-day on 12-2. I will be the one with the big Goofy smile and Mickey ears!
