S'mores!! Followed closely by Brown Sugar Cinnamon. I can eat both flavors hot or cold. When I was younger I liked hot fudge sundae frozen but not so much anymore.
I don't. I think their taste has changed from way back. The filling has a much more "artificial" taste than it used to. I can't explain it.
Back in the day, my fave was Cherry, with or without frosting. About 10 years ago, they had a Grape flavor that we all liked. They discontinued that and now they have Wild Grape which isn't as good.
Not at all. Just because you are on a diet doesn't mean you can't look at the menu.
Like I said, the last one I ate was 4 years ago... pre diabetes. I also think about ice cream and shoo fly pie. Plus my blood sugar is pretty good almost all the time anymore, so I would take a bite if I wanted.

Unfrosted Blueberry. Can't do any of the frosted ones. They used to carry unfrosted Cherry which were better. Actually, Nabisco once made toaster pastries that were far superior (as such can be when we're talking about processed food!) to Pop-Tarts. I miss them.
I haven't had one in probably 20 years but I always loved the frosted brown sugar cinnamon. I used to eat the crust part and save the filling/frosting for the end. I had a major sugar addiction for years and had to go cold turkey to get rid of it.
Not a fan of Pop Tarts, they're way too sweet (and I have a severe sweet tooth).
Years ago, they made a chocolate one with vanilla frosting and vanilla filling. That one was great toasted. It must have been regional, because I could only get it when visiting friends at college. Maybe it was good because I couldn't get it at home?
The holiday flavors: Gingerbread (the best) and Pumpkin Spice
When I was driving for work, I ate a Reduced-Fat Cin. Brown Sugar one a few days a week. I don't regularly stock them, though, since they have no redeeming value other than deliciousness!
