What is your favorite Hollywood Studios Ride & Why?

So what is your favorite ride in hollywood studios (Not Show) and why? Mine is Twighlight Zone Tower of Terror because it goes up, and DROPS down really fast. Just very fun.

ToT is my fave ride at WDW. I love the drops and that it has a different sequence every time.

Me: Disney fan, Twilight Zone fan. Twilight Zone + Disney= Amazing! The story, the thrills, the fact there's something new you didn't see the previous times, just incredible. My favorite Disney ride period!

I almost voted for Star Tours because I'm a science fiction geek and I really like what they've done with the 2.0 version.

But ultimately, I had to vote for Tower of Terror. Not just because it ends with the drops which are fun, but because it is an example of Disney's excellent attention to detail in theming and story telling. From the way they seamlessly use actual Rod Serling footage in the intro video to the awesome special effects, it is one of those "experience" attractions that epitmoizes what I love about Disney.

RnRC because of the take off and the cool atmosphere as you go through the ride. It also doesn't help that Aerosmith's songs are playing as you ride through .

ToT - I love the spooky story, and the Twilight Zone in general. The queue is fantastic and the ride is a blast!

The Great Movie Ride would've gotten my vote but for the past few trips (and we go fairly frequently) we've had terribly cheesy and downright bad "guides."

RnRC is probably tied with EE as my favorite rollercoaster. Love hearing music in the dark!

GMR - I love the movies in the clips while you are waiting, I love the ability to sit and take in the themeing at a slow pace on the ride, and I love the montage at the end. I cry each time..

It's a ride that screams "I AM AT DISNEY" to me!

Great Movie Ride has been my favorite ride in all of Walt Disney World since my first trip back in 1992 when I was 8 years old. I honestly can't explain what it was about it that I loved so much back then, but now it has so much nostalgia. Plus, I really feel like it is a perfect ride for the theme of DHS (or, at least what the theme once was before the park seemed to develop an identity crisis). I love that they used the same blueprints from the original Chinese Theater. I loved seeing it as soon as I entered the park at the end of Hollywood Blvd. I love the prints in the cement out front. Love the artifacts inside. LOVE the video loop. I love that you get put into the movies with the gangster or bank robber. I love to watch the movie at the end. I love just about everything about that ride.

I chose TOT because it's probably the one thrill ride that doesn't give me motion sickness. Star Tours would be a close second but I have to pop a Dramamine if I plan on riding it!

TSMM - fun and immersive. I might have gone with Star Tours, if I had ridden it since the upgrade. Haven't yet but will in August.
