Reading, without a doubt..:thumbsup2

Wow. This is actually a very hard question for me. I love it all! I am going to say movies though.

Reading. I get nervous when I don't have a stack of books on standby, waiting to be read. ;)

I wanted to be cool and say "literature" but I said tv. I enjoy reading but I like trashy murder/crime/detective novels or fun 'shopaholic" frivolity and couldn't with good conscious call that literature. PLUS if I'm honest I watch more tv than I do read - so....tv it is. I feel a little ashamed admitting that...:rolleyes1

TV.

I can't be home alone without it being on. I have "alone" issues after being robbed at gunpoint a few years ago.

But I do love a really good book and I watch more movies than anyone else I know.

Music and Sports, I can't pick between the two. Movies are close behind.

Whoever decided that TV was something we should be ashamed of probably owned a struggling art gallery.

Well, I love sports, movies, books, and TV.
I enjoy listening to music, and if I get a chance to see a play, I really enjoy that as well, BUT, my favorite form of entertainment is actually not listed, so I had to go with other.
For me, the best form of entertainment is playing Video Games (mostly PC games, but Wii games as well).

If I have the choice of watching TV / a movie or playing a good video game, I'll go with the video game every time.

Hee! Hee! You are funny and very honest.

I remember doing a survey for the Department of Health in which we asked mothers how many hours of television their children watched. I don't think more than 1 percent admitted that their children watched more than an hour of television per day. Naturally some of them were telling the truth, but everybody here knows that the majority weren't. As if their children watching television made them bad mothers for crying out loud! I am speaking as someone who doesn't even have children.

When we asked adults whether they had seen certain commercials regarding nutrition and the consumption of fruits and vegetables, I was suspicious of how many adults claimed that they didn't watch television because so many seemed to think that making that claim made them sound smarter. Yet I have read some mental fluff books and magazines (not that there is anything wrong with that) and watched some very intellectual television shows that went over my head at times so I definately question the supposed intellectual superiority of readers over television watchers.

Yet I voted "other" for my main form of entertainment. My chief source of entertainment is the Internet. I like it because it brings reading, videos, music, the whole shabang.

I chose reading although most of it doesn't qualify as "literature". But it was hard to choose between the others, but I think movies and tv would be tied for second and then music for when I'm driving or doing housework. I'm like a pp, I need to have some sound going during the day when I'm alone.
