What is your favorite entree in all of WDW?

I'm going to have to jump on the Jiko Filet bandwagon here!

But now I am noticing a few of you saying the short ribs... so I'm looking on Allears... "Kenyan Coffee BBQ-Braised Beef Short Rib"... does it have a strong coffee flavor? Can anyone try to describe this for me? Anyone have a picture of it (hint hint picture poster )

While we're on the topic of Jiko (and I've already mildly hijacked this thread - sorry! ), what's the "Fire Roasted Sambal Shrimp - with chickpwa and peppadew bhajai" appetizer all about? Anyone?

Now that is the good eats I was talking about!

I read that they took the maple creme brulee off the menu and now you get just the vanilla bean creme brulee instead of both flavors in a sampler. I wish it were the other way around, as I loved the maple flavor and it seems more "Canada" to me than vanilla bean.

It's a vanilla creme brulee with berry preserves. It probably is less "Canadian," but it's still very good!

Mine is the Filet with Mac 'n Cheese and Red Wine Reduction at Jiko. It is heavenly.

That is probably one of my favorites also. We always have a great meal at Jiko.
