my favorite is the WLV. I have stayed there and the BCV. I had been to WDW many times before DVC and we stayed at the YC/BC a lot. So I am very familiar with that whole area.
Our home resort is BCV but have not stayed there yet because we have stayed at that resort area many times before. also all the poor room reports have worried me too.
BWV is a great place. Perfect for walking to Epcot/boating to MGM. good access to lots of restaurants and the hotel itself is so fun and cheery. the rooms are great too.
but VWL is my FAVORITE because the themeing is the most Disney and you feel like you are in a completely different world. I love the woodsy feel (which surprised me).
I love taking the boat to MK. I love being on the lake.
I just really felt like I was on vacation while staying there.
