Now I truly feel silly that we have only been to Liberty. We can get chicken, burgers and fries any where! Why have we been playing it so safe?! We are officially boring people!!!!!!!
No you have kids. Nothing worse than spending money on food your kids turn their nose up to. You could start easy and branch out to the Mexican foods, most kids will do a cheese quesadilla and beans. Mine are usually ready to throw their chicken fingers and fries at me by the time I get home from vacations (DW excluded as they were to young to comment last time).
La Cantina De San Angel Inn, specifically El Plato Combinacion. Mmmmmmmm. The Lotus Blossom Cafe in China is really good too, especially the ice creams!
In World Showcase I love Cantina de San Angel and of course the Fish & Chips in UK, but my vote for favorite in the park is still Sunshine Seasons for all the reasons already mentioned above!
I still want to try the places in France and Morocco!
My favorites are Tangierine Cafe in Morocco--terrific lamb and veggie platters--and Kringla Bakery in Norway. Wonderful desserts, like rice cream and a very good chocolate cake.
I also like the wine stand in France. Nothing like a glass of Mumm's champagne while walking the World. . .
Only been once but we loved Sunshine Seasons just for the reasons mentioned. It had a wide variety plus, we weren't finished touring Future World so we couldn't handle the hike to the World and then back! We were exhausted!
I think we will pick up McDonalds for the kids and the adults will eat at the UK... So many votes for the fish & chips. Hope it isn't too crowded since we are going during the Food & Wine Festival. We are going on a Wednesday in mid-October, so it SHOULD be okay! I have looked at the menus for the festival and I am not too interested. Maybe we will sample a dessert.
Thanks for everyone's input. Very interesting!!!!!!
Seating is definitely a problem but LOVE the quiche and croissants. Close enough to Tangerine that my DH can get his lamb fix! We took our BP food to TC and sat inside.
