Home made: Chocolate chip, sugar, spritz butter and hot out of the oven my MIL's "grandma cookies" ( I am sure I am forgetting some....yum homeade..its almost cool enough out to bake again.... )
Store bought: A mexican cookie with marshmallow, coconut and a dollop of raspberry jelly in the middle.
Homemade: My own marble chocolate chip cookies! I mistake I made when I mixed a batch of regular chocolate chip cookie dough with chocolate chocolate chip cookie dough. One was too hard, the other was too soft, together they made the PERFECT cookie!! Yum!!
just about the only cookie I'll eat. lol
I'll have to get my aunt to make (and send) me some at xmas. my irish mom just can't do it right and forget about my dad or I making them.
I'm not a huge sweets person but I do like me some girlscout tagalongs.
The one that I'm eating! No really. My DD had to take her "favorite" homemade cookie to preschool. I ONLY bake at Christmas and really didn't want to drag the pizelle maker out (although they are FABULOUS too...) so I made my chow mein cookies.
Melt a bag of chocolate chips and a bag of butterscotch chips together. Stir in a big bag of chow mein noodles. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper and put in the frig to harden. YUMMY
