What is your favorite at Tchoup Chop?

We are excited about our upcoming meal at Emeril's Tchoup Chop!

I have checked out the menu on allearsnet.com. Everything looks wonderful. What is your favorite:

Seriously, I'd go to Tchoup Chop just for the Banana Cream Pie. It is some of the best banana cream pie I've ever had!

We usually end up getting the Chef's menu which is a little different every time.

Appetizer:

Tchoup Chop Crunchy Shrimp served with Butter Lettuce Leaves and Hot & Sour Chili Glaze
I had some kind of firecracker fish that I no longer see on their menu.

How often does the Chef's menu change? Seasonally??

I think they might even change it nightly. I asked for a copy of the tasting menu for one special occasion and it eaid that date on it.
