We are grilling hamburgers and hotdogs and having baked beans and chips. Strawberry shortcake for dessert! Yum :)

What are you having?

I think we are going to have about the same thing. My DH will be going to the store today to get a few fixin's for the grill :)

I wanted to grill instead of doing the traditional ham thing, but my mom has been after me for two weeks on whether she should buy a ham. Up here, you can't count on the weather this time of year, so I told her to go ahead and buy a ham. Sure enough, it's supposed to be sunny and 74 tomorrow  .

So, mom is bringing ham and cabbage, I'm making mashed potatoes, one SIL is bring some kind of broccoli dish, and another SIL is bringing a sweet potato dish. Oh, my mom is also making a banana split cake. Thankfully, no jello salad ;) !

ham.....turkey....pies.....all the fixings of two very traditional meals.....also some vegatarian stuff for my dear son in law.....

Swordfish with lime sauce, deviled eggs :p, vegies, cresent rolls, and strawberries and chocolate Easter bunnies for dessert. :p

Let's see....ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies, homemade bread, kielbasa, rye bread, and homemade country white bread. Yummy!

Brunch at one of the best restaurants in town:D

Pork loin with this yummy sauce. Asparagus, spinach salad with strawberries, new potatoes, rolls, chocolate bread pudding for dessert. Yum!

My MIL just came into town from Boston and brought lobster...that will be for tonight!

About the same as our Thanksgiving dinner...Turkey, and all that other good stuff..:)

Oh, my mom is also making a banana split cake.

This is what I am bringing to Easter dinner at my SILs! I made it for the extended family xmas get together and I think this is all they will let me make from now on:rolleyes:

Not sure what else we are going to be eating, probably ham, deviled eggs (which I won't eat because they put sugar in them), pistachio salad and some other stuff.

We are also celebrating my daughters birthday on Easter Sunday. We aren't doing the usual ham thing. We are having a huge taco dip and some barbequed chicken.

Ham, dressing, sweet potatoes, glazed carrots, deviled Easter Eggs, Hummus, artichoke dip, pasta salad, parfaits for dessert.

And the "special" dessert for the grown-ups: Ghiradelli chocolate with Champagne!

Did away with the traditional last year by spending the time at WDW. This year it's going to be lasagne, pork loin roast, Polish sausage, garlic bread, stained glass jello salad, bunny cake and rabbit cake.

We're going out to dinner.:) My mom wanted to have easter at her house. Then she says "Let's go out so no one has to make a mess." Of course, I wasn't turning that idea down!!!;)
