What is your dog's favorite leisure activity?

For my dog, nothing beats going for a walk. She will knock down anyone and anything in her path to get to that leash. What does your doggie like to do to have fun?

Sleeping. I've got a basset hound who sleeps almost 20 hours a day. Second favorite activity is tracking. I take him out on the street, he'll pick up a scent and off we go.

Beachbunny, I'm right behind you with my basset! Charlie sleeps a lot, goes outside and trails a scent. We also show him, and he enjoys going to shows, meeting lots of people and seeing his other basset friends....

My lab likes to follow me around from room to room. No matter where I go, doing laundry, cooking dinner, dis-ing, watching tv in bed, he is always in the same room. My Mom said we should have named him Shadow. The kids try to get him to sleep in their bedrooms but he has to be with his "Mommy".

What is your dog's favorite leisure activity?

Tearing up my roses is Dizzy's favorite leisure activity.

I'm at a loss as to how to get her to stop. Other than that she's a wonderful dog.

One of our dogs (Ruby - see avatar) will simply explode if she doesn't get to play frisbee at least 3 times per day.

(We use the soft discs, not plastic frisbees.)

She will run to the end of the yard to catch one, and will then spin around to face my DH as he throws 3 more consecutively, each of which she grabs without ever dropping the others. She then trots back to him with all 4 and drops them so it can start all over again.

It's an obsession with her.

I thought of another one of his favorite activities. My little 10 pound black and tan dachshund apparently doesn't realize that he is neutered and enjoys being "friendly" with my 14-pound fluffy orange cat. Amazingly, she doesn't seem to mind too much.

My Westie has severe allergies so I try to keep him indoors as much as possible.

His favorite activity is barking. He'd rather bark than breathe!

Bridget and Jack, our Scottish Terriers, favorite activity is

GO FOR A RIDE!!!!! All you have to do is say "Ride" and they are at the door in a jiffy!

Our neighbor's dog loves to chew on the nice plastic pools his mom and dad buy for him. Bad Baxter!

My westie loves to bark too! She lays on top of the chair in front of the window and barks at everything. She gets especially loud when she sees the mail carrier or the trash collector. She also likes to protect her territory in the back yard.

My doggie only wants to be petted. He doesn't like walking at all, esp in the rain.

He's a spoiled little Sheltie. He is no Lassie at all.

My fawn pug, Austin, like to follow me around the house too. Its so funny because sometimes I will not stay in place for a long period of time, and he has to keep getting up too follow me.

My black pug, Zelda, her favorite thing to do is to dig. She digs these HUGE labrador size holes in my yard..

Austin also likes to barks at everything he can too...

Together though, they love to fight with each other, if one has the sock, then the other has to have it too...Pugs...gotta love em

Currently.....chew on the fence gate when we are at work! BAD DOG!!!! Someone should have told me 8 years ago that springers and springer mixes were crazy! Great tempermant...good with people and kids...but crazy!!!

My baby LOVES to ride. She will even just go sit at the car door when we aren't going anywhere!

Her other favorite is to eat her doggie ice cream. She can't stand it when I eat yogurt because she thinks I'm eating her ice cream!

Brandy ( my dog) is a lab mix and the neighbors are beagles so she can outrun them.

Inside she love to play hid our shoes!!!!!! She doesn't chew them she just "buries" them in her blanket!!
