The AP rates are available for your dates. $139 weekday/$169 weekend (same price Garden View or Pool View). If you need tickets anyway, just purchase one AP. They'll even accept the Power Pass for check-in at the hotel.

Thanks for that info, I`ll email our TA and ask her. We were planning on buying Power passes.
I definately want to pay less than $299 per night.

We just went to RPR Club Oct. 28 - Nov. 2. We have Preferred Passes, but our travel mates had Power Passes. Our travel mates were able to book at the APH rate, and the hotel accepted their Power Pass Voucher at check-in with no problems whatsoever. They hadn't even picked up their Power Passes yet; they just had the receipt to pick them up.

It seems that the hotels will accept the Power Passes, but that's the only discount you can get away with. For all the other discounts, you need the Preferred Pass. HTH.

I was quoted club level 255 a night with AAA.

$182.. I think it is like $204 w/ taxes per night at HRH Garden View w/ AAA for January 7-9 '05. The rate was around $224 online I think, so it pays to call reservations directly!
