...Besides WDW or Disney being #1, what is your other favorite vacation spot?

I love Maui, Hawaii!! Gorgeous...EXOCTICALLY BEAUTIFUL!! I would love to go back there and visit that Island again. :)

Of past trips, I guess I would go with either Hawaii, Smokie Mts or Cailf. AZ was also beautiful , Grand Canyon.

I've never been to Hawaii, but I would like to visit if I have enough sedatives for the flight! LOL! :teeth: I would have to say one of my favorite vacation spots is Virginia. I've always loved it there! And I've been a fan of the Redskins for yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeears! Winning AND losing seasons!

And right in Port St. Lucie is Club Med. I've enjoyed being there a few times.

And put me down for the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. Wintergreen...that's the resort to visit! :Pinkbounc

Old Orchard Beach in Maine-or most any ocean will do!

We love Hawaii. We have gone the last 3 years in a row and plan to continue the tradition this year.
WDW and Hawaii...we are predictable. :p

Well besides Disney, the only places I've ever been on vacation were Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Stone Harbor (next to Wildwood). I go to Stone Harbor almost every year for vacation and I really like it there, so that would have to be my second favorite.

I want to go back to Colorado (of course) and Utah.

Having been so very lucky to travel for a living, the world
is so full of beauty and opportunity to have fun and learn.
I would choose Botswana as my favorite exotic/adventure
trip and snorkeling the collective Virgin Islands as my favorite
relaxation vacation(add some Bass ale). :smooth:

WDW is my favorite close, easy to get to and quickest
gratification vacation. Compared to the others, the price
is right too!

Cozumel great diving there , Love it !

Most relaxing: Hawaii (Maui)
Most exciting: London
For nostalgic reasons: Houseboating on Lake Powell

But I love vacationing with ::MickeyMo !!! Especially:boat: !!

:D

I guess it would have to be Seaside Heights, New Jersey. My family used to go there every summer. I've gone a few times in the last several years. I love the boardwalk and the beach.

The most beautiful place I've ever been to is central Switzerland. DH and I spent 6 weeks there living with 3 Swiss families in the summer of1993. It was a mission trip and we were college students so we didn't have the money to venture far out of Switzerland. It is the one place I've visited besides WDW that I definitely want to go back to some day.
Here in the US I spend most of my travel money going to WDW, but I'd like to go visit some of my DIS friends in other parts of the country one of these days.

WDW is and will always be my #1 choice by a long shot. Running a far second would be either NYC (for a more exciting trip) or the Smokey Mtns. for relaxing.

Laughlin Nevada..
Love the weather...and the casinos!

The White Mountains of New Hampshire would rank 2nd with me.

Las Vegas - indoor skydiving, the rollercoasters and flying to the Grand Canyon. Plus I love the theaming of the hotel (and a little gambling, but not much as there is so much else to do!)
I also loved Austria (beautiful scenary) and the Italian Lakes (plus being able to go to Venice and Verona easily.)

1st being the Atlanta

Second choice Gatlinburg

I love to go Atlanta. Going to Six flags, White Water, Lenox Square, Cumberband mall and course the clubs. I have been known to just jump to car head down there in middle the day. I only live two hours from there. I have been practicing a new dance called the A-town stomp. I can't wait to tried out in the clubs down there.

If wondering what the A-town stomp is look at Usher new video called Yeah or ask your teenager.

For me it's the San Francisco Bay area mainly because I lived there for so many years and have tons of friends there. I really spend very little (if any) time in the city itself though - just the beautiful outlying areas.
