My family really likes Mama Melrose's. The atmosphere is cozy, and we have great service there each time we go. We are returning there this March, and are going to try 50's prime time cafe this year for lunch. I have heard great things about the prime time cafe, so we are definitely looking forward to it!

I wouldn't say it is our favorite, but we have enjoyed 50's Prime Time in the past and have an ADR for March.

Hi Guys! 50s prime time is a lot of fun!! The food is old time american fare.....meatloaf,chicken etc...! The sci-fi is one of my favorites...we eat there every year! I haven't really found a resturant I don't like in Disney, It depends on your taste in food and entertainment. IF you like a good steak house Les Cellier in canada is wonderful we eat there every year also! Good luck choosing and have a great vaca! This is my husbands favorite!

50's PTC: the atmosphere is neat - eating in a 50's style kitchen, the server can be entertaining if he/she is into "playing their role," and the food is pretty good - love the pot roast

This one is hard.

Mama Melrose was much better in 2002 than it was in 2006 or 2009. it's still decent, but not as great (they got rid of their best menu item and changed how they made their tirimisu). But you can get a Fantasmic dinner package with one TS (which includes app and dessert!), which is really nice.

But generally speaking, we like Sci Fi better as far as food goes. At least for lunch. Although we have only been there once and paid OOP.

I will put in another vote for 50s Prime Time. I don't normally order fried chicken out, even though I do like it. Got it there and can't imagine ordering anything else. It was moist and crispy, the best fried chicken I've ever had in my life, seriously!

For me, the food at Mama Melrose was disappointing. I always enjoy Sci-Fi, fun atmosphere and good sandwiches/burgers.

50s PT all the way - the peanut butter and jelly milk shake is amazing! The atmosphere is fun the food was all delicious - I highly reccomend it!

My vote is for 50s PT. We love the food and atmosphere. Milkshakes are great.
