Is it Spring fever? Our actual trip is not until October 14th, but we've just decided as of yesterday that we're going to visit my husband's parents while they are camping at Flagler Beach, FL. for Easter weekend. That's not the exciting part, the exciting part is while they are off during the day fishing on Friday and Saturday, that we're going to drive down to Disney to visit Downtown Disney, explore some of the resorts we want to stay at in the future and have lunch at Rainforest Cafe. This isn't even a real trip as far as theme parks are concerned but I'm so excited just to be getting onto Disney property in the next few weeks that it is all I can think about today :)
Yippee!!!

P.S. I'm toying with the idea of visiting MK on either Friday or Saturday do you think with it being Easter weekend that it would be a madhouse?

Yes MK will be a madhouse! But you should come anyways! (We'll be there! :wave2: ) One day tix are pretty cheap and just to soak in all that atmosphere would be a nice "fix" to hold you over for your big trip!! princess:

YaY for you!...You should absolutely try to get a day in at MK. Even if it is a madhouse you can go in knowing that you will back soon! So maybe crowds won't bother you!

I have a trip planned in Sept but because I needed a fix so badly I planned one in May too!!!

I wonder if I can do a Disney theme in the poorhouse I am about to go into!!!
:rotfl:

MK will be a HUGE madhouse... but if you are up for that, definitely give it a try!

Thanks for the replies everyone. I think I'll skip the park this time and explore some resorts (because I know I won't make time for that on our "real" trip).
:teeth:

Maybe you could do Cirque Du Soleil, or a character meal in a resort..... of course, you may have to look for the less "popular" choices given the Easter weekend..... wonder if you can rent watercraft if you're not a resort guest? if so, I'd go for the water in front of MK! Also could try miniature golf or a water park.... Wow, sounds like fun! Have a great time!
