What is wrong with ESTA?

I am trying to input my details and it has been down two nights on the trot!

I went on it at lunchtime at work and it was fine. Does anyone know if it doesnt work out of office hours

It's working OK for me. Is it maybe the browser you are using at home that doesn't like it? I think Google Chrome in particular has problems displaying the site.
