What is up with the Disneyland app?

The error message keeps popping up the I try to check my dining plan. It says "Please Try Again: We are having trouble loading this screen". Is it just me that this is happening?

I was unable to scan my tickets in....it said we are unable to do this. Even typing in the barcodes didn't work.
