What is Toure's last name?

I've seen this guy during the CNN coverage of Michael Jackson and I cannot for the life of me find his last name. This is annoying, everyone has a last name right? Even Madonna Ciccone.

If I look through past wikipedia it looks like his last name is Neblett. The only other place I can find his full name listed is for campaign contributions:

Honestly it makes me think less of the guy. Does he honestly think he's the most important person to have the name Toure?

Nice find. Wow, never in my life has it been so difficult to find the last name of a "one-name celebrity". You'd think in today's internet age it wouldn't be so difficult. I was shocked it wasn't on Wikipedia.

I don't know his last name, but I do know he is a writer. I have a book of his short stories called "The Portable Promised Land". According to the bio, which at this point is somewhat outdated, he is/was a contributing editor at Rolling Stone, his essays have appeared in NY Times, the New Yorker and NY Times magazine (plus a bunch of other credits). Oh, he also lives or did live in Fort Greene,Brooklyn.
