What is this Vinylmation?

My husband's birthday is coming up and this Vinylmation is on his wishlist but I can't for the life of me figure out where it's from or what series or anything. Maybe it's just fan-made one? I've looked through the Vinylmation Kingdom checklists with no luck. Anyone know what this one is called or how I would search for it?
