Can someone please explain the free dining plan to me? Can this be added to a DVC reservation?

No, the free dining plan cannot be added at this time. It had to be booked by June 25th. I am not sure when your dates are but who knows something might pop up for you.

Free dining is not available to a DVC stay on points.
