What is this cheese platter I keep reading about?

Here's 2 of our All Hands on Deck from last month on the Wonder. We were pleased with it, but the kids wished there were more red cheese and cheddar, LOL.. Cause they won't eat "stinky cheese"

This is what I HOPE our cheese plates will look like. I have seen way more anemic looking plates in other posts, and this is what I was hoping for in our room service options.
