What is there to do in Titusville

Starting to really buckle down and plan our upcoming trip. DH,DSand DD are going to the KSC. I do not want to go. We have to be out of our hotel by 11am...so for me then what???

Is there a nice beach or boardwalk to shop in the area??? This is a stupid question but would it be safe for a woman to walk alone in the area??? In the daytime. They will be there most of the day so I have to entertain myself for a few hours without a hotel or pool.......lol

I live about 25 mins from Titusville, the National Seashore is located there, as well as some pretty nice beaches, the port, etc... you could always book a free trip on one of the casino boats if your into that (it's free, the parking is free, food, etc). The beaches up there was pretty nice, it's only 10 mins from Cocoa beach and Ron Jon's surf shop and downtown cocoa shopping... you can look at some of the places here Brevard Links
