What is the website with attraction wait-time data history?

There is a website, I believe it had UK in the URL document name, which contains the attraction wait time history?

Forgive me in advance, but I searched the forum and google and I just could not find it.

I think the The website you are referring to is thedibb(dot)co(dot)uk

I used it more for FP availability for the future, though, so not sure if it has wait time history too.

That's the only UK site I can think of, but I don't remember it having wait time history. Same as pp, I've only used it for the FP availability tool.
