What Is The Weather Like In December

Hi

My family and I are going to Florida on the 14th December and by looking at the weather forcast it is quite cold at 55 degrees.

Can anyone let me know what the weather is like and will the water parks be open??

We leave for WDW tomorrow too. I go every year about this time. It can be hot and it can be cold. We always pack for weather in the 50's on up to weather in the 80's. Two years ago we were there for 5 days and the first 4 were in the 80's. The fifth day was in the mid 40's in the afternoon and raining. It was very very cold. Accuweather says 60's during the day and low 50's to upper 40's during the night. I'm taking long jeans and one or two pairs of shorts; t-shirts, sweatshirts and a sweatshirt zippered jacket as well as my winter parka. You have to be prepared for hot and cold. Have fun. It should at least be dry the next week (according to Accuweather). I figure even having lousy weather at WDW is better than not being there at all.
