What is the weather for Nov.? And when do the Christmas lights start?

Just wondering, if the Osborne lights ever start earlier than around Thanksgiving? And never been there in Nov, Just trying to determine what the usual weather pattern is for the 1st week of Nov. TIA!!!

There were no Osborn Lights this year and not quite sure what they will be like next year but prior to this year we have gone to an AP preview of the Osborn Lights the weekend before Thanksgiving. You had to show your AP to get down New York Street. The rest of the world is pretty lit up prior to Thanksgiving too.

We were there in the middle of Nov last year, and we wore shorts most days. It was cool a couple of mornings, but nice everyday.
