What is the TRUTh about bringing snacks into Disney Park - allowed or NOT allowed??

As long as it isn't glass. And why would anyone wnat to take a bottle of perfume into the parks with them?

Possibly because you purchased a bottle in say, Epcot, and wanted to hop to another park?

To the OP, if you're planning on going to Universal, I think their policy is much more strict than Disney's.

Thank you soooo much for these very helpful replies, I am going to put a link to this thread on my friends FB who told my husband all of these snacks are not allowed. Next time, maybe he'll take some, I think he gets the eating plans though.

We plan to have a stroller and pretty much fill it up with snacks, our camera and video camera, this will save us lots of $$ -beings there is 7 of us --

Any advice for the lowest cost place to eat for 1 meal at Magic Kingdom and Epcott (only 2 places we plan to go and Typhoon Lagoon - pretty sure)

??

Appreciate your replies very much!

I think that Cosmic Rays is one of the cheaper places to eat at MK, it pretty much has anything you want from sandwiches to chicken! They have a great toppings bar that you can add to your sandwich for no charge!

Epcot is a little harder not knowing what kind of food your family likes. DS and I love Morocco and DD hates it, but its a great buy if you like that kind of thing!

The bag check is a real waste/hassle.

Um, no, it's for safety. Can you imagine the PR nightmare if there was a mass shooting at Disney? Or a terrorist attack?

Disney is first and foremost a business, and something like that would cost them a fortune in lawsuits and lost revenue.
