What is the Sunshine Getaway Package?

I've seen it mentioned but not on the WDW site. Will it be offered in January 2004?

We used this pkg. in Feb. 02, it worked out to be a good deal for us as we did not have AP's. We stayed at BWI and ended up with about a 36% discount off rack rate on our waterview room in value season. The pkg. also included UPH's at regular price, luggage tags and pins for each quest in our party. Even with the more expensive UPH's , this pkg. saved us money. I'm not sure if it is offered every year. I remember reading in past years that there had been a meal component too but we did not purchase that plan.
