just curious on how far they will go! what is the most outrageous thing you have ever requested and from which resort?

Candice30, I haven't asked for anything strange or outrageous. If I ask them for anything, it is usually only PS reservations. This year, however, I asked them to suggest some anniversary celebrations. They came up with a unique list, of which I chose a few things. So far I have written about two of those things in my current thread here on the Dis (click here to view it). That concierge stay was at the Grand Floridian Resort and it was wonderful.

I got to the parks and realized I left my wedding rings on the bathroom sink. I called the conciege and they put them into the safe for me. I don't know if that counts as outrageous, but I would have died if I lost my rings!! Luciano got them for me, he was one of the nicest CM's I encountered there.

DH planned my birthday for me last year with the AKL concierge. He was hoping to book Breathless, but she was in drydock. The concierge suggested a pontoon boat, but DH said he wanted something a little more unique, so they suggested the Grand 1. They helped him book it and worked out all the details, down to having refreshments on board.

I requested a step-stool when we stayed in the honeymoon suite at WL. I'm only 5'1 and trying to get in and out the spa-tub-shower was so hard!! I literally had to climb up onto the edge of the tub and jump down in.

Needless to say, they did not have one, but I asked!!

I always request tomato juice for breakfast service at Polynesian and the other concierge resorts. Polynesian is the only service that has said "no problem, we'll have it tomorrow morning".

I asked for tomato juice on our very first visit there and the staff indicated they didn't keep it in stock, but would be happy to order it and keep it on hand during our stay. I told them not to bother, but they insisted it was "no problem" and they would be "happy to do it". Each year from that one forward, I request it upon arrival and it's there by breakfast. In fact, they usually pour it when they see my family arrive in the lounge OR ask if I'm ready for my tomato juice when I get there.

The BC told me that they didn't carry it but I could probably purchase it at the store. No offers to obtain it for me.

At BWI, I didn't even ask since we weren't staying that long.
