What is the server doing?!!!!

As most of us know the server has been saying it's been too busy every five minutes.What is it busy doing?That's what I want to know! So I'm gonna share some theories.

1.The server is busy watching paint dry.
2.The server is busy secretly reading all of our PM's.
3.The server is busy watching the part in Dumbo where Dumbo get's drunk.
4.The server is busy trying to play Minesweeper.
5.The server is busy thinking up other ways to make us irritated.

What do y'all think the server is busy doing?

There are too many people logging onto these boards and the server can't handle all the traffic. Meaning that this site needs to get another server.

you weren't here the last time they did that. we were offline for days. the server went down and they had to switch totally. or something a long those lines. I'm not sure if it does it anymore, but a while ago one night a week at around midnight eastern the dis would go offline for about two hours and it would go through and the admins would fix everything.


From my experience on the boards, server issues happen around holidays. when people are off work and out of school and they can get online.
