I'm watching the 90210 epi where Toni is killed... most heartbreaking thing I've ever watched on a fictional show!

I'm sure there are others which were probably sadder, and I don't know what made me think this far back (except that I'm OLD), but...the All in the Family Episode where Gloria has a miscarriage was very sad. :sad1:

90210 where Dylan's wife got killed was sad.

As was ER's episode when Lucy and John Carter got stabbed.

But the saddest episode where I bawled uncontrollably afterwards: Grey's Anatomy when Denny died. My husband kept asking me if I was ok because I was I was sobbing...:sad1:

ER- when Mark Greene died. :sad1:

Doctor Who- when Rose was stuck in a parallel universe

Star Trek: Voyager- when The Doctor's daughter died

Those are the three that had me hiccuping in tears. :(

I have to agree the ER episodes when Mark and Lucy died were very sad.

This goes back to when I was a kid and Little House on the Prairie was my favorite show. The episode when Mary goes blind was very sad to me and the later episode when her baby dies in a fire got to me too.

The last Roseanne, when you found out that Dan really died.

When MASH aired that episode with Henry Blake we were in Cleveland for my favorite aunt's funeral. My parents were at the visitation and my sister and I bawled our eyes out watching it at the hotel (ages 11 and 15).
I don't remember a lot of prime time ones but in college I cried when Roman Brady "died" (the first time LOL) on "Days of Our Lives". That's when Roman was Wayne Northrop.
Robin M.

Does anyone remember "Millenium" starring Lance Henriksen? There's a season finale (I think they thought it was going to be a series finale) where his wife sacrifices her life to save both him and his daughter. I don't remember all the details but I do remember bawling my eyes out.

I remember watching Ally McBeal when her childhood friend and love of her life just keeled over and died in the court room. Why can't I remember his name now?

Anyway, that was a shocking plot twist to me. I had no idea it was coming. I started sobbing like a baby. (I was also pregnant at the time so maybe that had something to do with my reaction). I went to find my husband and the only words I could get out was, "he died!" DH actually thought someone we know in real life had died. He almost killed me when he found out I was reacting to a tv show! :rotfl:

Other shows that had me crying were
1. Mark Green on ER
2. Albert on Little House on the Prairie
3. When Buffy's mom died on BTVS

I agree with Toni getting killed on 90210 being really sad, I have been watching the reruns of that show- which is my favorite show of all times- those kids really went through alot!!! LOL

Dr. Greene's death on ER.:sad1:

When the dad died on Jericho--I was crying pretty bad then too.

Also, when Georgie died on General Hospital.
