What is the resale market like?

Is there a flooded market for resales right now? Or do contracts sell fairly quickly?

The market is far from flooded.
Many contracts do not have points available now but still command high prices. I think based on supply and demand it is a seller's market.
Many contracts are selling within a day or so and prices have been rising the last couple months.

Definitely more of a seller's market right now. Prices are up & still contracts sell fairly rapidly.
