What is the rate anyone has gotten at GCH? What is a typical rate?

Hi all,
We just returned and had a fantastic time. So great that we've decided we want to upgrade our accomodations in the future and are seriously considering buying into DVC. Right now I'm running numbers. One of the pieces of info I need to know is how much the GCH hotel rooms generally run. What is the best deal anyone has typically gotten for a studio? Are there ever AP discounts (we are AP holders.)

This will help me calculate whether DVC might be worth it. I have done a lot of research and have a ton more to do. THANKS!!!

My rate this trip is averaging about $340.00 a night. I say 'average' because the hotel now charges different rates for weekends than weekends. I used a AAA discount. I don't know about AP discounts.
Since the DVC isn't open yet, there are no studios. The regular rooms do have coffee makers and small fridge.
As much as I love the place, I have already run the numbers multiple ways..and I don't really care about the results, because I'm buying into DGC no matter what (assuming of course that there are points available for existing DVC membrs after the founders get their shot )
