What is the process of getting an AP now?

We are heading over to DL from Australia in about a month.

Due to the Aussie dollar going great we have just bought our DL premium APs online and recieved the e-ticket voucher.

Once we get there can we take this voucher straight to the turnstiles or do we need to go to the ticket booth? I have searched on here but can only find the info on when there was an AP processing centre and i am sure i had read that is now gone..

If anyone can help that would be great

I went to the turnsiles and they gave me a paper ticket in exchange for my voucher. I then had to go to the ticket counter to get my plastic card. Then you take the plastic card to a photopass person and they take your picture to put in the computer. I had to show my ID before the picture got added in the system.

I had the same experience as the poster above me. You no longer have to go to the AP Processing center like you used to. Also, the CM at the ticket booth that gave me my AP said I could either take a picture by photopass CM or upload one online, but I've yet to figure out how to upload one online

You can go straight to the turnstiles but yu will have to stop by the ticket booth at some point on that first day to get the plastic AP.

Yes this. When I bought the ticket that CM told me we could upload a photo from home but apparently this was not the case per the CM working the turnstiles. Best to get that photo done in park quickly to avoid the "harassment".

I've been experiencing the same harassment sort of thing. They've asked for my ID when I've gone to the parks to confirm that it's me which isn't that big of a deal, I just don't like holding up the line. Now I've just gotta find the patience to find a photopass CM

Also experienced some mild "harassment". Then the turnstile CM said if you go to the Photo Shop on Main Street they will take your picture right away. So we stopped inside and they took pictures in a flash (lol). No trying to hunt down a Photopass CM (they always seem to disappear when you want them ).

DCA was our first park after getting our AP and I did not see a single photopass CM. The next day the first thing we did was go over to the big pumpkin (side facing the castle, not the train station) and got our photo's with no wait.
