What is the most UNDERRATED restaurant in WDW....and why?

I also think the Plaza at MK is underated. Its not a good deal on the DDP so a lot of people think its not a good choice.

Your right, the Plaza Restaurant is seriously underrated. I finally made it there on my last trip. I usually going to Liberty Tree for lunch because I really like their normal (non-family style) menu, but it was character dining since Crystal Palace was closed for a refurb. Anyhow we were able to walk-up without an ADR and be seated in about 3 minutes. The menu isn't huge by any means but everything we had was pretty good and the service was quick. In general I think that the Magic Kingdom has pretty poor dining options so this is really a great option.

Don't want to hijack this thread but we'll be having dinner at Sci-Fi for the first time in November....what do you recommend? Three adults and a 10 year old.

my advice is to do milkshakes and a couple of appetizers and have dinner or lunch elsewhere. Mainly because its counter service food with sit down at sit down prices. This can be done for cheaper elsewhere

Teppan Edo. It's a lot of fun, great food, easy to get an ADR for, easy to walk-in to (with a small party) and one of the most reasonably priced table service locations in WDW.

I wondered if anyone else would agree. I would also include Tokyo dining with Teppan Edo as the most underrated. These restaurants are seldom discussed, and they both provided for us over the last 3 years a couple of our fav restaurant experiences.

Grand Floridian Cafe! Last year, my mom and I enjoyed it so much that we made reservations for a second time in the week we were there. Relaxed, quiet atmosphere, great food, great service!

I think the most underrated restaurant in WDW is the Cabana Bar & Grill at the Dolphin. I've only seen it mentioned here once or twice - mostly by me. I think it's because it's at the pool at the Dolphin & it's not on the DDP.

If you are looking for the best cocktails & really delicious food in a cool atmosphere, this is the place to go.
